BTech/BCom Sales & Marketing/Bus Mngt; Sales Software & Systems. 5-8 Years of exp in sales of (frozen) food products, i.e. to supermarkets/other retail/hospitality/industrial catering/QSR/food factories, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Must have strong leadership/communication/analytical/problem-solving skills. Must develop/ implement sales strategies to drive business growth/develop/manage sales forecasts/budgets/manage and mentor sales team, including setting goals and performance targets. Must collaborate with marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts/lead sales team to achieve sales targets/expand customer base/build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders/analyse sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
